GO DART+ Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026 | Last Updated: 03/19/2026

1. Introduction

FUN VISION LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and is committed to complying with relevant data protection laws and regulations (including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, China, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the data protection laws of other countries/regions where our users are located), as well as the protected resource access and purpose string description requirements of the Apple App Store.

This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store, share, transfer and protect your personal information when you use the mobile application "GO DART+" (hereinafter referred to as the "APP") and its associated services, as well as your statutory rights to your personal information and the ways to exercise such rights.

By accessing or using our APP, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the content of this Privacy Policy and our Service Agreement. We will only collect and process your personal information in accordance with this Policy with your explicit consent (including express written consent or positive opt-in actions such as clicking "Agree"/"Allow"). We will not collect any personal information if you do not give your consent, and will not use ambiguous prompts such as "I know"/"Next" to obtain your consent. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the APP.

This Policy applies to all users of the APP's services. For matters not covered herein, the relevant provisions of our Service Agreement shall prevail.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide and improve our services. We will not collect irrelevant personal information without your explicit consent, and will not collect any personal information in the background/silent state of the APP without your authorization.

All collected information is for the sole purpose of providing the core functions of the APP and optimizing your service experience, and we will not collect information beyond the necessary scope for service provision. The collected information includes the following categories:

2.1 Account Information

When you log in to the APP through third-party authorization (WeChat, Google Account, Apple ID) or Email, we will collect the information you actively provide or authorize us to obtain, including but not limited to:

  • Nickname, avatar (provided by third-party authorization platforms or actively set by you);

  • Email address (if you log in via Email, only used for account verification and password retrieval).

Note: The basic information of the authorized third-party account is only used for account login and identity verification. We will not obtain any other irrelevant information of your third-party account, nor will we store the account password of any third-party platform or your Email.

2.2 Device Information

To ensure the stability of the APP and the normal Bluetooth connection with the Funvision electronic dartboard, we will collect the basic information of your mobile device only when the APP is running in the foreground (no background collection), including but not limited to:

  • Device model, operating system version, Bluetooth MAC address;

  • Device unique identifier (IMEI/IDFA/IDFV, only used for device compatibility optimization and Bluetooth connection verification);

  • Device network connection status (Wi-Fi/mobile data, only used for network connection troubleshooting).

This information is used to troubleshoot technical problems, optimize the APP's compatibility with different devices, and ensure the normal communication between the mobile device and the Bluetooth dartboard. We will not associate device information with your personal identity information for any other purpose.

2.3 Permission-related Data

We request permissions only when you use specific features (not at APP startup). You can grant or deny each permission individually, and can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. We will clearly inform you of the specific impact on function use after permission revocation before you authorize, and the revocation of one permission will not affect the use of other unrelated functions of the APP.

Based on the permissions you explicitly authorize, we will collect the following data for the purpose of providing corresponding services (all data is collected only when the relevant function is in use, and collection stops immediately after the function is closed):

  • Camera: Required for online video battles to stream your gameplay to opponents in real-time. No camera data will be collected when the online video battle function is not used.

  • Microphone: Required for online video battles to enable real-time voice communication with opponents. No audio data will be collected when the online video battle function is not used.

  • Bluetooth: Mandatory core permission for the APP to realize all dartboard-associated core functions; the APP uses Bluetooth to establish a stable two-way wireless communication connection with the Funvision Bluetooth dartboard, and only transmits dart game-related data (including real-time dart hit position, single throw score, cumulative score and game state data) between the mobile device and the dartboard via Bluetooth—no other personal or device data is transmitted through this Bluetooth connection. The sole purpose of this access is to realize real-time score tracking, automatic score calculation and game result statistics for dart games. For example, when you start an offline practice game in the APP and click "Connect Dartboard", the APP will match and connect with the nearby Funvision Bluetooth dartboard via Bluetooth; after successful connection, the dartboard will send real-time hit position and single throw score data to the APP through Bluetooth, and the APP will automatically calculate and display the cumulative score, remaining points (for standard 501/301 dart games) and practice progress on the mobile screen in real time. Without this Bluetooth permission, the APP cannot connect with the Funvision Bluetooth dartboard, and all core functions related to the dartboard (including score tracking, automatic calculation, battle record saving) will be unavailable.

  • Location: Required to determine your country/region for global player matching (only rough geographic location (country/region) is collected, no precise GPS location or address information is collected). No location data will be collected if you deny this permission (you can still use offline functions, but global player matching will be unavailable).

  • Storage: Required to save game data locally for offline practice and battle record persistence. Only game-related data is stored, no personal files or private data of the device will be accessed or collected.

2.4 Usage Data

We will collect your usage data of the APP only when the APP is in use, including but not limited to:

  • Dart scores, battle records (winning/losing situation, battle time, opponent information), practice records;

  • APP operation logs (function usage frequency, login/logout time, page access records).

This data is used to optimize the APP's service experience, improve function stability, and provide personalized recommendations (e.g., recommending suitable opponents according to your score level). All usage data is anonymized and will not be associated with your personal identity information unless you explicitly agree.

2.5 No Other Personal Information Collection

We will not collect any other personal information such as your name, phone number, date of birth, payment information, or social relationship information, unless you actively provide it to us when contacting customer service (and such information is only used to handle your inquiries).

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

For users in different jurisdictions, we process your personal information based on the following statutory legal bases to ensure compliance with local data protection laws:

  • Contract performance: Collect and use necessary personal information to provide the core services agreed in the Service Agreement (e.g., Bluetooth connection, score tracking, online battles);

  • Explicit user consent: Collect and use personal information related to optional functions (e.g., camera, microphone for video battles) with your explicit authorization;

  • Legitimate business interests: Analyze anonymized usage data to optimize the APP's functions and improve service experience (without infringing on your fundamental rights and freedoms);

  • Compliance with legal obligations: Collect and disclose personal information as required by laws, regulations and judicial authorities.

4. How We Use Your Information

We will only use your personal information within the scope of the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and will not use it for any other unstated purposes without your explicit consent.   5. To comply with legal obligations: Provide relevant information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, judicial authorities or administrative organs, and cooperate with legal investigations and law enforcement actions;

  6. To improve product quality: Conduct anonymized statistical analysis of usage data to optimize the APP's compatibility and user experience (no personal identity information is involved).

No Data Use for Advertising/Tracking: We do not use your personal information for any advertising purposes, nor do we track your behavior across other apps, websites or platforms of third parties. We will not access or use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for any purpose, and do not need to obtain your authorization through the Apple AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework. We will not share your data with any advertising network, data agent or third-party platform for advertising or user tracking purposes.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will never sell, rent, lease or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. We will only share or disclose your personal information in the following limited circumstances, and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the third party protects your personal information in accordance with this Policy and relevant laws and regulations:

These third parties will only obtain the minimum necessary information to complete the service, and are required to abide by this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations, and shall not use the information for any other purpose or disclose it to other third parties;

  3. Compliance with laws and regulations: We may disclose your personal information in accordance with the clear requirements of laws, regulations, judicial authorities, administrative organs or regulatory agencies to fulfill legal obligations;

  4. Protection of legitimate rights and interests: When your legitimate rights and interests or the legitimate rights and interests of the APP, other users or the public are under imminent threat (e.g., fraud, network security incidents), we may disclose your personal information to protect the corresponding legitimate rights and interests (to the minimum extent necessary to resolve the threat);

  5. Anonymized data sharing: We may share anonymized, non-identifiable statistical data with third parties for industry research or product optimization (such data cannot be used to identify individual users).

5.1 Detailed Disclosure of Third-party SDKs

We integrate the following third-party SDKs in the APP to provide technical support for specific functions. All SDKs are only provided with the minimum data necessary to function, and are contractually obligated to protect user data.
